I haven't posted anything for a few days so I'll rectify that with these sparkly nails. I've seen a few gem encrusted nails around and thought I'd give them a try. It's a really easy look to pull off and I like them, although they're a bit messy as I didn't spend a lot of time on them. For more pictures click read more!
There are actually a number of polishes used in this design, not that it is obvious in the pictures. All the polishes used are by Sinful Colors and they are - Tokyo Pearl, Cinderella, You Just Wait and Social Ladder. I used the dry brush technique but all the polishes are shimmer so it hasn't shown up. I topped the whole thing with HK Girl Top Coat by Glisten and Glow.
The rhinestones are from the Born Pretty Store (#14483). They're really pretty but I didn't stick them on properly and so they fell off really easily. It was a fail on my part. Thankfully I was able to save the rhinestones that fell off so I will use them again in the future.
